What We Store

Venue details (name, address, website, phone, map links, photos, coordinates) from publicly available sources such as operator websites and maps. We do not collect personal information unless you contact us. Personal information includes any information about an identifiable individual, such as your name, email address, phone number, or other details you provide when contacting us.

Sources & Updates

Listings are compiled from operator sites and maps and periodically refreshed. If you operate a venue and want to correct or remove information, reach out via the Contact page with a source link.

Removals & Corrections

We correct or remove content when it is inaccurate or upon verified operator request. Provide the page URL and a reference link when submitting a change.

Analytics Handling

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated usage and performance (e.g., page views, navigation, device/browser types, approximate location at city/region level). Analytics events are processed by Google; we do not use analytics to identify individual users. Information collected through Google Analytics may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Canada, including the United States. Advertising Data

Google AdSense delivers advertisements on our site. Depending on your consent preferences, Google may store or read cookies and collect data such as device identifiers, IP address, coarse location, and ad interaction details to determine whether to show personalized or non-personalized ads. We transmit your consent state to Google using their Transparency and Consent Framework when required. Ad decisioning and storage take place on Google’s systems; we do not retain raw advertising identifiers on our servers.

We log whether advertising consent has been granted so that AdSense scripts are only loaded when permitted. You can adjust this at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" option available in the site footer, which opens our Cookie Preferences modal. Users in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland are additionally shown Google’s certified Consent Management Platform dialog before ads run.
